Once you have placed an order through the Trustico® website, your customer account will be automatically created using the admin contact details you entered for your order, including the admin contact email address which will be your account’s login email address.
From the Trustico® website, use the “My Account” drop down menu, then click the “Sign In” button under “Access Your Account”.
This will take you to the login page. You will need to click Recover Password to set a password for the account.
To set a password, enter your account email address and click the Recover Password button. You will receive an email with instructions on how to setup a new password for your Trustico® account.
Once you have set a password for your account, you can go back to the login screen and enter your account email address and password.
Make sure you login to the same Trustico® website that you used to place your new order eg www.trustico.com our US website, you can login to https://order.trustico.com/login.
