As soon as an SSL Certificate order has been placed through our website, payment will be required before the verification process can begin and your SSL Certificate is issued to you. Payment can be made immediately after you finish placing your order by using the payment options available on the same page that you receive the Order Reference Number.
There is of course no obligation to make payment immediately – your SSL Certificate order will remain saved as unpaid in your Trustico® account until you are ready to make payment. You will periodically receive payment reminders about your order. These reminders are sent to the admin contact email address entered when you first placed your order.
If you prefer, these reminders can easily be turned off through your Trustico® account.
2: From your account dashboard, click View on your unpaid order.
3: Click the Notifications tab.
4: For the Payment Reminder, select No.
5: Select Update.
This will cease payment reminders being sent for your unpaid SSL Certificate order. You can then make payment for your order at a time you prefer.
