We provide an invoice area in your reseller account so you can easily and quickly access all financial documentation for purchases.
This is accessed by first logging into your Reseller account.
Once you have logged in, select the ‘Reports’ tab on the left-hand side of the page. Then, ‘Account Statement’.

You will be immediately presented with the previous month’s transactions. If you wish to see all transactions you can click the ‘Search’ button with no forms filled in, or you can enter a ‘Date Range’ for a specific time period. If you want to search for a specific order or transaction, feel free to use the ‘Order Reference’ and ‘Transaction Reference’ forms.

Below you will see a list of all orders and transactions that meet the parameters that have been entered. From here you can simply select ‘download’ to receive an individual invoice. You can also select ‘export’ to receive an .csv file of all the data you have searched.
